Hello All, Join me for a ride from Crown Valley Park, through Laguna Niguel Regional Lake, and onto the Aliso Creek Trail to Sheep Hills Park. I think this round trip ride is about 13 miles. These are paved paths and mostly without cars. Bring water, spare tire, etc.
