Prep for the planned May 2nd ride to Crystal Lake..Hill climb training, here we come. You have two choices: You can start at the Albertson's on Foothill and we'll come pick you up: This is a shorter ride and loses about 500 ft of climbing. OR start at Staters off of the Cajalco Rd. exit in Corona, do short climbs, one long downhill, easy pace it along the river trail to Gypsum Canyon Road, and then left on Weir Canyon. We regroup (stretch??) before we do about 1/8 mile hill repeats. Our goal fo
